Alexa becoming a private doctor for the home

11.05.2018 12:57

Many countries have problems with medical costs in today's society, especially in the United States. To solve these problems, Jeff Bezos, together with JP Morgan and Warren Buffet, has worked to resolve this and, as a first step to approaching this goal, they are now working on turning Alexa into a home medical service.

The team will be led by 5-year-old Amazon veteran, Rachel Jiang, and will be tasked with expanding Alexa's ability to perform healthcare tasks such as diabetes management, surveys and giving tips for new parents. It is no small mission, as it requires the device to be GDPR certified, which requires some handle in private data and PUL within the US and EU.

However, if they were successful in this mission, the service would change the way in which health care is managed and how everyone will contact their doctor in the future.

08.05.2018 15:41

Being able to transport long distances without bumps with queues, long car journeys and expensive gasoline prices, is something one really long for, this news can put some light on that future actually.

Companies wanting to invent next-generation modes of transport are approaching more and more their goals, as companies like Volocopter, Lilium and Uber are currently implementing, as they have successfully completed their trials of drone taxies.
With an entire electrical solution, speeds up to 300km/h and range between 300-500 km, they reach the destination almost 4-7 times faster than a conventional traditional car.
Companies hope to have their solutions already in use by 2020, with personal passengers. The drones working in different ways, Lilium and Uber will be summoned through their app as an on-demand order, while Volocopter places their stations on real estate ceilings in big cities for the user to get to the location itself to take flight.
The drones will be 2-seated with the possibility of approximately 150kg extra load.

The Swords of Ditto - PS4 release

27.04.2018 10:57

The Swords of Ditto, a new adventure / action / RPG game from onebitbeyond, is released on Tuesday on Playstation 4. The first thought you get by seeing the game for the first time is that it's incredibly similar to the old game from SNES - Zelda - A link to the past.

The trees, buildings, caves, dungeons and that the main character pulls out the sword from a rock to begin their adventure resambles alot, but the game appears like a very fun adventure game, just because they probably had it as a reference when making it.

The Swords of Ditto also has the ability to play multiple players simultaneously, on the same device through a split screen, which opens up opportunities for the whole family to sit at home and drive through this adventure together - which is nice!

You can buy The Swords of Ditto at Playstation Store for 19,9 Euro (20% off för Playstation Plus users).
