Cheaters in games are seldom fun to deal with and game developers are constantly working to keep these ugly players away from their games. Now Ubisoft and Bungie have put their foot down for a couple of individuals who are alleged to be behind the software Ring-1, which gives users access to nasty things like aimbot, wallhacks and other cheating functions above other players, for a stable amount of 30 euros a week, or 60 a month.

The lawsuit was filed last week and in it the two companies write, among other things, this:

- "Cheaters ruin the experience of playing the Games. Not only do cheaters impair the enjoyment of gameplay by non-cheaters with whom they interact in-game, but cheaters also illegitimately obtain and thereby devalue the in-game rewards that non-cheaters obtain legitimately. ”
