Squad Mobility

The Dutch company Squad Mobility has developed a small moped car whose battery can be charged via the vehicle's built-in solar panels.

The car is called Squad and has room for two people. It has a top speed of 45 km / h and a range of 100 km. According to Squad Mobility, the built-in solar panels can charge the car so that it can travel about 20 km a day using solar power alone. Should you need to travel further, the battery can be charged via a traditional electrical outlet.

Squad is expected to go on sale next year and prices start at 5750 euros excluding VAT.
